Our General Manager leads a team of paid staff and volunteers who, between them, make the welcome, the pints and the food what they are — right through the year, not just in season.
The paid team bring real experience and expertise, and get to put it to work somewhere that's as committed to village life as it is to running a proper business. Our volunteers cover front of house and behind the scenes, and their contribution is central to the whole thing. They're the reason the sign above our door reads It takes a village.

The CornerStone Board is a small group of volunteers who oversee the day-to-day management of the venue. Between them they bring a strong mix of skills and experience, all of it pointed at the same thing: securing the long-term financial sustainability of the business.
